BAZIS Construction finishes the construction of complex of Embassy buildings of the Republic of Belarus in Nur-Sultan.

The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of transport and communication, the Embassy of Canada, EXPO pavilions, Emerald Quarter, On Water and Green Boulevard, a complex of KazMunaiGaz JSC and many other administrative buildings and business centers constructed by BAZIS Construction have become architectural landmarks of the capital. BAZIS Construction continues the best traditions of administrative and social construction by its new project – the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus on R. Koshkarbayev Avenue”.

The Embassy town occupies the territory of 8600 square meters from which the area of building is 2384 square meters. Uniform architectural complex includes 2 3-storied buildings: an administrative building of the Embassy, a residential house for employees – and a 2-storied residency of the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus.

Laconic facades of the buildings are faced with travertine and decorated with stained-glass windows. Entrance groups of the buildings are decorated with expressive bass-reliefs and national Byelorussian ornament.

The authors of the project paid special attention on improvement of public service: the territory of beautification amounts to 34.6 % of the area. Perennial trees and ornamental shrubs have been scrupulously assorted taking into account the peculiarities of the project. Modern playing and sports grounds have been stipulated for leisure in the open air.

At the present moment internal decoration works are in full progress. The project’s completion is planned on this July. Owing to a deliberate architectural solution, the Embassy town is perfectly inserted in the city environment neighboring with the Embassy buildings of USA, South Korea, and Uzbekistan, and will take the rightful place among bright and significant administrative buildings of the capital, constructed by BAZIS Construction.
